SYNCHRONIZATION LICENSE AGREEMENT This Synchronization License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date] by and between [Licensor] and [Licensee]. 1. Grant of Rights. Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, [media], [territory], [term] right to synchronize the musical composition titled "[Work]" (and, if applicable, the master recording performed by [Artist]) in timed relation with the audiovisual production currently entitled "[Production]". 2. Scope of Use. The Work may be used in [context/scene], duration approximately [xx:xx], including promotional usage limited to [parameters]. 3. Fee. Licensee shall pay Licensor a synchronization fee of [Amount] payable [timing]. Any applicable taxes are additional. 4. Credits.
